Among the Trolls launches tomorrow: PC requirements and which GPUs run it

Among the Trolls, a first-person narrative adventure with survival elements from Avantgarden and 505 Games, launches tomorrow, October 14, on Steam at 3:00 PM UTC (11:00 AM EDT, 8:00 AM PDT). It costs $19.99 or €19.99 (£15.99), with a 15% launch discount valid until October 27. For an indie it asks for a lot: a GTX 1070 and 16 GB of RAM at minimum, and 32 GB of RAM in the recommended specs.
If you were planning to try the demo first, it is gone. The studio pulled it because, in its words, it no longer represents the full game. Anyone who already has it installed can finish their playthrough until Friday the 16th.
Among the Trolls PC requirements
These are the official requirements from the Steam page:

Both tiers require DirectX 12, and the recommended tier adds a broadband internet connection. The game is Windows only, with no Mac or Linux version.
Which GPUs run it
canirun grades are measured against the recommended requirement and assume 16 GB of RAM. Here is how common cards land:
- Below the minimum: GTX 1650, GTX 1060 6GB and RX 580. The GTX 1660 Super falls just short.
- Clear the minimum but struggle: RTX 2060, RTX 3050, RTX 3060, RX 6600 XT, RX 7600 and Arc B580 grade D (Struggles). The game will run, with little headroom.
- Tight: the RTX 4060 and RTX 3060 Ti clear the minimum and grade C. The RTX 3070 meets the recommended GPU, but with 16 GB of RAM it also grades C.
- Comfortable: the RTX 4070 and RX 9070 XT grade B (Solid), and the RTX 5070 and RTX 5080 grade A (Smooth).
Watch your memory. The minimum already asks for 16 GB, so with less you fall below it even if your GPU qualifies. The recommended tier asks for 32 GB.
What about Steam Deck?
Valve has not verified it yet. A spec-based estimate gives the Deck an F and puts it below the minimum. Once Valve rates it, you will see the result on its Steam Deck page.
