Arknights: Endfield is on Steam: PC requirements and which GPUs run it

Arknights: Endfield, Hypergryph’s real-time strategy RPG, is now available on Steam and is free to play. The store page lists October 14, 2026 as the release date. It arrives alongside the Sanctuary of Ink version, which the official announcement says launches October 15. If you already play on another platform, your progress carries over: log in with the same account and pick up where you left off. On PC, two things matter most. It asks for 16 GB of RAM even at minimum, and a GTX 1060 as the graphics floor.

Arknights: Endfield PC requirements

These are the official requirements from the Steam page:

Both tiers call for DirectX 11 and a broadband connection. It is Windows only for now: the Steam page has no Mac or Linux version.

Which GPUs run it

All grades are measured against the recommended requirement, the RTX 2060:

• Meet the recommended: the RTX 2060, RTX 3060, RTX 4060, RX 6600 XT and RX 7600 grade B. The RTX 3070, RTX 4070 and RX 9070 XT move up to A.
• Clear the minimum, but tight: the GTX 1660 Super, RTX 3050 and Arc B580 land at C, between the minimum and the recommended.
• Right at the minimum: the GTX 1060 6GB meets what the studio asks for, but it grades D against the recommended. It clears the minimum, though it will struggle.
• Below the minimum: the GTX 1650 and RX 580 fall short of what the studio asks for.

Watch your memory. The minimum and recommended both ask for the same 16 GB. A PC with 8 GB sits below the minimum even if the GPU is fine. Our grades already assume 16 GB.

What about the Steam Deck?

Valve lists it as Unsupported, so it is not verified for the handheld. Our estimate, based only on specs, gives it an F and puts the Deck below the minimum. You can see the details on the Arknights: Endfield Steam Deck page.

What comes with the launch

To celebrate passing 300,000 Steam wishlists, every player can claim a commemorative portrait frame plus the rewards from the earlier milestones. The code ENDFIELDSTEAM redeems 8,000 T-Creds and other items until November 25, 2026.

Sanctuary of Ink brings the following:

• A new main story.
• Two new operators for Headhunting.
• A countryside inn you run yourself: grow crops, raise animals, prepare ingredients and welcome travelers.
• Up to 10 limited-time Headhunting Permits from the sign-in events.
