We Were Here Tomorrow launches tomorrow, October 20, on Steam. It is the new co-op puzzle adventure from Total Mayhem Games, and the studio calls it the biggest We Were Here adventure yet, with around 15 hours of content. According to its launch announcement, it costs $19.99 (€19.99 or £16.99) with a 10% launch discount, and a Fan Edition will also be available with additional downloadable content and the official soundtrack. Before you buy, keep two things in mind: it asks for Windows 11 and a GTX 1660 Ti class card at minimum, and it is co-op only, so you and your partner both need a working microphone and an internet connection.

In Tomorrow, each player has a different role and their own high-tech tool, and you talk over walkie-talkies to solve puzzles that challenge the rules of time, gravity and space. As in the whole series, the puzzles are asymmetrical: each of you sees them from a different perspective, and they can only be solved together. Every We Were Here game is a standalone adventure, so you do not need to play the earlier ones first.

Which GPUs run it

Here is how common graphics cards do in canirun’s data. Grades are measured against the recommended requirement and assume 16 GB of RAM:

  • Clear the recommended: the RTX 3060 and RTX 4060 grade B (Solid). The RTX 4070 and RX 9070 XT grade A (Smooth), and the RTX 5080 reaches S (Overkill).
  • Clear the minimum, not the recommended: the RTX 2060, Arc B580, RX 6600 XT and RX 7600 land at C (Tight). The RTX 3050 also clears the minimum but grades D (Struggles), so expect to lower settings.
  • Fall short of the minimum: the GTX 1660 Super, GTX 1060 6GB, RX 580 and GTX 1650 sit below what the game asks for.

If your PC is not on Windows 11, check that before buying: both the minimum and the recommended list it.

What about Steam Deck?

Valve has not rated it for Steam Deck yet. A spec-based estimate puts the Deck at F, below the minimum. Once there is an official rating you will see it on the game’s Steam Deck page.
