GTA 6 Takes Game Informer’s Cover: What Issue 382 Brings, and Where PC Stands

Game Informer published issue 382 today, and it belongs to Grand Theft Auto VI. Jason and Lucia are on the cover, once again in a car and once again armed, and the digital edition went live for subscribers on September 29, 2026. Print copies reach subscribers and newsstands over the coming weeks.

What the cover story covers

The feature runs 14 pages, with interviews with Rockstar and a dozen new screenshots. According to the early coverage, it gets into three areas the trailers only hinted at:

• Weather. Rockstar describes an advanced weather system, which fits a game set in a Florida-inspired state.
• Wildlife. The fauna of Leonida gets its own section.
• Research. How the team studied Miami and Florida to build what it calls its most culturally and aesthetically accurate world to date.

Where GTA VI stands today

• Release: November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
• Price: $79.99 for the standard edition, $99.99 for the Ultimate Edition.
• Pre-order bonus: every pre-order and purchase before November 20 includes the Vintage Vice City Pack.
• Collector’s item: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, $399.99, only on the Rockstar Store. Eleven collectibles, including Oakley sunglasses and a double-sided Leonida map poster. The game is not included.

And on PC?

Still nothing. Rockstar has not announced a PC version, a date or a window. History says it will come later: GTA V reached PC about 19 months after its console launch, and Red Dead Redemption 2 about 13 months after.

There are no official PC requirements, so any “GTA 6 PC specs” list is a guess. The closest real reference is how your PC handles the Rockstar games that are on PC today:
