Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered PC requirements: 16 GB RAM minimum

Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered is out on PC. Koei Tecmo and Omega Force released it worldwide on October 1, 2026 on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2, and it costs $39.99 on Steam. It is a remake of Dynasty Warriors 3 and Dynasty Warriors 3: Xtreme Legends with modern graphics, new mechanics like evasion and weapon fusion, and the return of offline two-player split-screen. If you plan to play it on an older PC, take note: it asks for 16 GB of RAM and Windows 11 even at minimum.

Dynasty Warriors 3 Remastered PC requirements

These are the requirements from the Steam page:

According to Koei Tecmo, the minimum targets 30 fps at 1920x1080 on Low settings with upscaling enabled. The recommended targets 60 fps at 1920x1080 on High, also with upscaling. If you play on a monitor above Full HD or a widescreen display, they warn that you may need more VRAM depending on your settings. Both tiers list DirectX 12 and a broadband connection.

Which graphics cards run it

Check your memory before your GPU. Minimum and recommended both ask for 16 GB, so with less RAM you fall below the minimum. canirun grades already assume 16 GB.

• GTX 1650: falls below the minimum, with an F (Won’t run).
• GTX 1660 Super: clears the minimum but grades D (Struggles) against the recommended. It will run, with little headroom.
• RX 7600: clears the minimum and grades C (Tight), between minimum and recommended.
• RTX 3060: this is the card Koei Tecmo lists as recommended, and it grades B (Solid).

What about the Steam Deck?

Valve rates the game Verified on Steam Deck. canirun’s grade tells a different story: compared with the PC requirements, the Deck falls short of the minimum and grades F against the recommended. An F does not mean the game won’t launch, and the desktop requirements target 1920x1080, so read it as a sign that headroom is thin. The details are on the game’s Steam Deck page.
