STALZONE launches Festivity and climbs to 23,011 players: can your PC run it?
Festivity is live in STALZONE and the game climbed to 23,011 players on Steam. Here is what the event brings, the new promo code and the league dates. We also cover the PC requirements, which graphics cards run it and how it does on Steam Deck.
In this guide 5
STALZONE launched Festivity, EXBO’s PvPvE event, today, October 28, and the game climbed to 23,011 concurrent players on Steam. On October 25 we told you it had 16,645 ahead of the event. Today server maintenance wrapped up, the patch notes for the new mode are out and there is a new promo code. The game is free on Steam and does not ask for a new PC: a GTX 950 or an RX 560 already clears the minimum.
What Festivity brings
According to the patch notes, Festivity is played by teams of five. Each team defends its Relic from waves of mutants and zombies, fights bosses and faces off against another team. Everyone starts with no gear and buys and upgrades equipment during the match.
- Access: you need Bar reputation level 2.
- Rounds: three PvE rounds come first, and the Relic can take at most 15% damage per round. Then comes a boss round, then a PvP round, where the team that deals more damage to the Altar wins. The losing team’s Relic takes 10% damage. A match runs at most 25 rounds, and from round 6 onward modifiers kick in and change every round.
- Bioinfection: on the lower floor of the PvP arena, only Scientist armor can stay in level 4 areas. Combo armor can stay only in level 2 and 3 areas. Everyone else attacks the Altar from the upper position.
- Leagues: the progression mode unlocks on November 4 and runs until the event ends on November 18. It is available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM, server time. Double progression tokens only work in Festivity and turn into Trade Coins when it ends.
- Promo code: SZ-FESTIVITY-2026. It can be redeemed once per account and is valid until December 1, 2026, at 20:59 (UTC).
- #SZFRAGMENTS Clip Challenge: post Festivity-inspired videos on TikTok or YouTube Shorts to earn Wooden Crates, Aesthete Cases and Anomalous Serums. Top performers also get the Blabberbolt bolt skin, a Profile Customization Pack and the Manly Pink weapon paint.
STALZONE PC requirements
The Steam requirements are the same ones we covered on October 1:
| Minimum | Recommended | |
|---|---|---|
| GPU | GeForce GTX 950 or Radeon RX 560 | GeForce GTX 1060 or Radeon RX 580 |
| CPU | Core i3-6100 or Ryzen 3 1200 | Core i5-7400 or Ryzen 5 1600 |
| RAM | 4 GB | 8 GB |
| Storage | 50 GB (SSD recommended) | 50 GB (SSD recommended) |
| OS | Windows 10 or 11 64-bit | Windows 10 or 11 64-bit |
It is Windows only and needs a broadband internet connection.
Which graphics cards run it
Every popular card we checked clears the minimum. The canirun grade is measured against the recommended requirement:
- GTX 1650 and RX 580: they clear the minimum but sit below the recommended, grading C (Tight). The RX 580 is listed in the recommended spec, but in our data its score sits slightly under the recommended score.
- GTX 1060 6GB: meets the recommended, grading B (Solid).
- RTX 3060, RTX 3050, RX 7600 and Arc B580: grade A (Smooth).
- RTX 4060 and up: grade S (Overkill).
If you are on a GTX 1650, you can play Festivity, just with less headroom.
What about Steam Deck?
Valve tested it and rates it Playable. The details are on the STALZONE Steam Deck page.
Can your PC run STALZONE?
Here is how your setup grades against STALZONE and Once Human, another game that asks for a recommended graphics card on the same level:
| Game | Rec. GPU score | Rec. RAM | Min. RAM | Your PC |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| | 9,500 | 8 GB | 4 GB | ? |
| | 9,500 | 16 GB | 8 GB | ? |
If you fall short, the full game page shows your grade and which upgrade makes the most sense.
